Itinerary
Days 1–2: fly from Sofia to Tbilisi and check in. Visit Mtskheta, Jvari Monastery, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral and the cave city of Uplistsikhe.
Days 3–4: Sighnaghi and Kakheti, qvevri wine tasting and a Georgian bread and churchkhela class. A walking tour of Tbilisi.
Day 5: cross the Sadakhlo border on foot and change coach and guide. Visit Dilijan, take a dolma class with lunch and visit Sevanavank Monastery. Overnight in Yerevan.
Days 6–8: tour Yerevan, the Vernissage and GUM market. Visit Garni Temple and Geghard Monastery and take a lavash class with lunch. Airport transfer and flight to Sofia.
Included in the Price
- Sofia–Tbilisi and Yerevan–Sofia flights with airport taxes, 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage.
- Airport transfers and an air-conditioned coach; 4 nights in Tbilisi and 3 in Yerevan in the selected 3/4-star hotel, with breakfast.
- 1 lunch in Georgia, 2 lunches in Armenia, wine tasting and cookery classes. Itinerary entrance fees and 1 bottle of water per person per day.
- A local Russian-speaking guide, a Bulgarian-speaking representative throughout the stay and medical insurance.
Compulsory Extra Charges
- Service fee: €30 per person, paid locally.
- Fuel and emissions surcharge: announced 21 days before the flight.
Optional Excursions and Other Costs
- Ararat brandy factory: €20 per person.
- Dinner with folk music in Armenia or a folk show in Georgia: €30 per person per dinner.
- A boat trip on Lake Sevan and other additional services: price on request. Additional cover for being medically unable to travel: €20, subject to separate terms.
Optional dinners and the boat trip are excluded from the package price. Flight schedules and hotels are confirmed before booking.
