Christmas in Prague: Markets, Castle and Charles Bridge
Five days in Prague for the Christmas markets, Prague Castle and Charles Bridge, with optional trips to Dresden and Karlovy Vary. One variant includes three excursions.

Itinerary
Day 1: Wizz Air flight from Sofia to Prague and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: a walking tour with a licensed local guide speaking Bulgarian, covering Prague Castle, St Vitus Cathedral, Malá Strana, Charles Bridge and the Old Town, where the Christmas market fills Old Town Square beside the Týn Church and the Astronomical Clock. In the evening, a two-hour Vltava boat trip with a buffet dinner, drinks not included. Both are part of the three-bonus-excursion variant and optional in the others.
Day 3: free time or an optional trip to Dresden (€71) for the Zwinger, Opera Square, the Royal Cathedral, the Frauenkirche and the Christmas markets. Museum entry is extra.
Day 4: free time or an optional trip to Karlovy Vary (€71). An optional evening of traditional Czech music and dance with dinner costs €61.
Day 5: free until midday or a half-day trip to Karlštejn Castle, about 30 km from Prague, with entry. Karlštejn is a bonus in the same variant and optional otherwise. Then the transfer to the airport and the flight to Sofia.
Included in the Price
- Wizz Air flights Sofia–Prague–Sofia with 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage.
- 4 nights with breakfast at Olympik Congress Hotel Economy 4* or similar. In the two-hotel variant you stay at a chosen hotel: Lucky Prague 4* or Olympik Congress Hotel Economy 4*.
- Airport transfers both ways, a representative throughout the stay and medical insurance covering €10,000.
- Three-bonus-excursion variant only: the Prague walking tour, the Vltava dinner cruise and the half-day Karlštejn trip with entry.
Compulsory Extra Charges
- Fuel and emissions charge, set 21 days before the flight. The two-hotel variant also lists a €20 fuel charge.
- City tax: about €2.20 per person per night.
- Headsets for the tours: €12 (€3 a day), paid to the guide on the spot. There is no charge for children under 6.
- Local partner's administration fee: €5.
Optional Excursions and Other Costs
- Dresden or Karlovy Vary: €71 per adult for each trip; dinner with Czech music and dancing: €61.
- Walking tour, dinner cruise and Karlštejn in the variants without the bonus: price on request. The Karlštejn trip runs with at least 30 participants.
- Front-row seat on the plane: €15 each way. Public transport: CZK 40 for a single ticket.
- Cover that refunds what you paid if you are medically barred from travelling: €20 per person. Tickets for sights you choose to visit are not included.
