Casablanca for New Year: a Short Festive Break

Itinerary

Day 1: Afternoon arrival in Casablanca on 30 December and an included panoramic tour: the Corniche on the Atlantic, the Hassan II Mosque (with a separate entry ticket where possible), the Anfa district, United Nations Square and the Arab League Park. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: 31 December is free, or take the optional panoramic tour of Rabat for €60 with the Hassan Tower, the Mohammed V mausoleum and the Royal Palace from outside. That night you welcome the New Year.

Day 3: On 1 January, an optional trip to Meknes and Fes for €80, taking in the Bab Mansour gate, El Hedim square and the medina of Fes. Dinner.

Day 4: On 2 January, an optional Marrakesh tour for €70 with the Koutoubia mosque from outside, Jemaa el-Fnaa square, the medina and the Berber pharmacy. Dinner.

Day 5: Check-out, airport transfer and the 15:10 flight.

Included in the Price

  • Direct Bulgaria Air flight with airport taxes, 20 kg checked and 8 kg cabin baggage, and airport transfers of around half an hour.
  • 4 nights with 4 breakfasts and 3 dinners at a chosen hotel: Suisse Hotel Casablanca 4* or Le Palace d'Anfa 5*.
  • A panoramic tour of Casablanca on the day of arrival.
  • Medical insurance (€10,000 cover) and a Bulgarian-speaking representative on site for the whole trip.

Compulsory Extra Charges

  • Administrative fee for the local office: €10.
  • Fuel and emissions charge: the sum is published 21 days before departure.
  • A tip of €15 per person for the stay, paid locally.

Optional Excursions and Other Costs

  • Rabat, €60; Meknes and Fes, €80; Marrakesh, €70. Entrance fees on the Rabat and Marrakesh tours are not included.
  • New Year's Eve gala dinner at Suisse Hotel Casablanca: optional, price on request.
  • Maximum Security package: €30 for a refund of the package price if medical reasons stop you travelling.

Each optional excursion needs at least 20 participants; the guide sets the days locally according to flight times, site opening hours and numbers.
