Itinerary

Day 1: on 30 December, a direct Wizz Air flight to Palermo, transfer, check-in and a briefing with your representative.

Day 2: free time or an optional full-day trip to Caccamo Castle (€57), with castle entry at €6. New Year is seen in that evening, 31 December.

Days 3–4: optional Cefalù (€46) on 1 January and medieval Erice (€70) on 2 January, where entry to five buildings costs €5.

Day 5: an optional tour of Palermo and Monreale Cathedral (€45), with cathedral entry at €4.

Day 6: check out, transfer to the airport and fly back to Sofia.

Included in the Price

  • Direct Wizz Air flights Sofia–Palermo–Sofia with airport taxes, 20 kg checked and 5 kg hand luggage.
  • 5 nights with breakfast at a chosen hotel: Mercure Palermo Centro 4* or Astoria Palace Hotel 4*.
  • Transfers to and from the airport and a Bulgarian-speaking representative.
  • Travel insurance with €10,000 of medical cover.

Compulsory Extra Charges

  • Fuel and emissions supplement, announced 21 days before departure.
  • Municipal tax, paid at reception; the council sets the amount and may change it.
  • Headsets for the excursions: €15 (€3 a day), paid to the guide; children under 6 do not use them.
  • Local office fee: €5.

Optional Excursions and Other Costs

  • Caccamo Castle: €57 per adult, with the €6 entry paid separately.
  • Cefalù: €46; Palermo and Monreale: €45, plus €4 cathedral entry.
  • Erice: €70 per adult, with €5 entry to five buildings on top.
  • Refund cover if you are medically barred from travelling: €15.
