A Hike with a Licensed Mountain Guide 🥾

You will hike with a licensed mountain guide who looks after the group's safety and shares information about Rila's nature, terrain, local stories and distinctive features. The route crosses mountain terrain, with changing views of the lakes and surrounding peaks.
Seven Lakes, Each with Its Own Character
Each lake has its own name, shape and character. Dolnoto (the Lower Lake), Ribnoto (the Fish Lake), Trilistnika (the Trefoil), Bliznaka (the Twin), Babreka (the Kidney), Okoto (the Eye) and Salzata (the Tear) sit at different levels in the mountains, with striking views between them.
Among the best known are Okoto, Bulgaria's deepest glacial lake, and Salzata, the highest of the seven. During the hike, there will be opportunities to stop at memorable viewpoints, take photographs and enjoy the mountain scenery.
More than a Walk
