This time we invite you on a real winter adventure along the ridge of the Western Balkan Mountains, towards majestic Todorini Kukli! 🏔
We will set out across snowy mountain slopes, leave our tracks in the snow and enjoy that feeling of freedom only the mountains can give us!
✨ And the views? Prepare for something special!
From the summits we will discover vast panoramas towards the Danubian Plain, the endless Balkan ridges and Bulgaria’s mountain horizons. With suitable visibility, our gaze will reach as far as the distant Carpathians! 🌄
This is more than a hike: it is an encounter with the magic of the winter mountains, shared with pleasant company and plenty of smiles!

🚗 TRANSPORT: Travel is by private car on a car-sharing basis. We will help organise places in the cars.
🎒 What Should We Bring?
Winter mountains require good preparation! Here is the equipment you need:
🥾 Winter or three-season hiking boots
🎒 A hiking rucksack
❄️ Snowshoes, depending on snow conditions (available to hire from us)
🚶 Trekking poles with large snow baskets
🧥 A windproof and waterproof jacket, down jacket and fleece
🧣 A neck gaiter or face mask
🧦 Thermal base layers, top and bottom
🧤 Two pairs of gloves
🧢 A winter hat and a summer hat
🥾 Hiking gaiters
🔦 A head torch
🌧️ A raincoat
🕶️ Sunglasses
☀️ Sunscreen and lip balm
🫖 At least 1.5 litres of water and a hot drink in a flask.
