Discover Traditional Leathercraft
Welcome to an authentic leathercraft workshop, where the spirit of Bulgaria's old craftspeople lives on through handworked natural leather. Here, children and adults alike can discover a creative atmosphere, experience the scent of leather and make an object with a personal story.
Leathercraft is an ancient Bulgarian craft with heart and tradition. For centuries, leatherworkers have made essential goods: purses, belts, wallets, cases and bags, carefully finished by hand, without haste or compromise. The craft combines skilled cutting, hand stitching, decoration, shaping and attention to the final details. Each piece bears the unique signature of the hand that made it.
Today, this tradition lives on in the creative workshop under the guidance of a master leatherworker. Visitors do more than observe: they take part, create and leave their own mark on a craft preserved through generations.
Workshop for Adults: €48
Make your own natural-leather wallet. This experience is for anyone who wants to try working by hand. During the 90–120-minute workshop, participants make one of three specially prepared wallet designs.
The workshop includes:
- Detailed instructions and demonstrations from a master leatherworker;
- Real tools and high-quality natural leather;
- Cutting, punching, hand sewing and shaping;
- A choice of three wallet designs;
